They are ideal for use cases like onboarding new hires by targeting content based on account creation dates or for communication strategies that require precise targeting of specific user populations (e.g., contractors in a certain location). Although segments cannot be deleted (only archived) and are site-specific rather than platform-level, their power lies in providing deeper insights and highly customizable content delivery.
